A short video exploring the line between “man” and “robot” - if we synthesise all parts our bodies, are we still human?

The project required a thematic progression from organic to synthetic to blur the lines between what is man and what is machine - I put together some animated backplates to demonstrate this.

I drew up the concept sketches for the character's robotic design. I tried to make the design as humanoid as possible, using the musclular structure of the female anatomy to dictate the shape and design.

Completed using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder.
